Evangelism is like a fireman trying to save a person inside a burning house. In the process of trying to save, he can get woounded or burned by the fires and falling debris. Worse,if the person being saved would not let that fireman save him, but delude himself to be of no need of saving from the burning house.

Same analogy when a rescuer is trying to save a sinking ship, but the people being rescued do not want to be rescued!

from: Johnny Cometa (Facebook)

This is a MUST SEE! A heart touching clip...

Thanks Marissa for sharing.....How many people today have ever thought that one day, God the Father sent His son to die on the cross for us...humanity is like those people riding on a train heading toward e...ternal damnation...but Jesus gave His life not in the middle of the railroad, but on that old rugged cross. He had the option to go back to heaven without going to the cross...He was and is sinless. In the garden of Gethsemane, just the thought of obeying the will of the Father made Him sweat great drops of blood...then He thought about you, about me, and about us all, hell-deserving sinners..so Jesus said, ' Not my will, but Thy Will be Done.' But He rose again from the grave and now asking people to come to Him...repent from their sins, receive Him as their Savior and Lord..

...also, just think what our Father in heaven must have felt when He saw His beloved Son, mocked, and crucified..one of the most painful death a man could imagine..".Amazing love, how can it be, that Thou my God should die for me" Charles Wesley

Focus on multiplication, not just addition. That's the only way we can fulfill Christ's great commission.

Multiplication means equipping believers of diverse backgrounds, professions, and roles with genuine enthusiasm for evangelism.
