I really wonder why I cannot find a music video that is worth watching of my favorite song, “Sometimes He Comes In the Clouds”. There are not much about this song around the net as far as I’ve tried to search about it. However, I was able to extract an online MP3 Play, lyrics and chords.

This song is included in the album “My Utmost For His Highest” which I highly recommend. All the songs in it are extremely beautiful and touching. This is the Album that I wouldn’t miss in my music library.

In addition to that, this Album is inspired by the devotional book written by Oswald Chambers, “My Utmost For His Highest” which equally recommended. If you haven’t got a copy of this book, simply click the link below:

G                                                                                 C
These are the places I was so sure I’d find him
G                                                                                                  C

Am                                            D2
I lifted my eyes in expectation
G
To see the sun still refusing to shine, But

And sometimes are faith can only grow
Am
When we can’t see
C                     D                          Em
So sometimes he comes in the clouds

G                                                                      C2
Sometimes I see me, a sailor out on the ocean
G                                                                                   C2
So brave and so sure, as long as the skies are clear
Am                                                   D2
But when the clouds to gather
G2                                                     Em
I watch my faith turn to fear, But…

Sometimes he comes in the rain
And we question the pain
And wonder why God can seem so far away
But time will show us, he was right there with us, and
