TheDisciplers.com is one of the fastest growing website blog over the net. It was officially launched November of 2008. However, due to technical reasons, blogging was suspended for several months and was relaunched April of 2009. Since then, the website is significantly gaining more subscribers and more traffic. The blog focuses on discipleship, spiritual growth, ministry tools, encouragement, and ministry support group.

The main highlight of The Disciplers are the discipleship materials personally written by Vince and and company. The Disciplers also publishes Morning Manna, a daily online devotional material written by Tom Smith (www.back-to-bethel.org). We also give away FREE ministry tools and resources. The Disciplers is just one huge collection of ministry resources for Christians.

The Blogger behind The Disciplers is Vincent Olaer, also called by younger generation as, “Tito Pastor”. He is currently pastoring Ormoc Lighthouse Christian Ministry, in Ormoc City, Leyte. He is also the current President of Leyte Association Of Southern Baptist Churches and also hold an office in the Executive Committee of Visayas Convention of Southern Baptist Churches. He graduated in Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary (PBTS) with Master of Divinity, and is now in his 6th year ministerial work.

Vince love to write and considered blogging as one of his hobbies and as his diary of ministerial work. He love sharing God’s word, teaching, and discipling people for Christ, and sharing what he learned from experiences in life, and even the little technical things that he knows.

The Blog’s popularity over the net is significantly increasing. In it’s early stage, it already attracted both the search engines and subscribers. Since July, there has been no week that the Blog did not gain subscribers.
